Founded by Oliver Lewin & Rebecca Arundell in April 2024, our goal at Freedom Talent Agency was simple - to create an agency that supports the growth and development of our clients.
We are proud to be a ‘non-faceless’ agency operating in the heart of London not far from the West End. We get to know the clients we represent on a personal level helping them to understand their career path, goals and how we can find them the work they’re looking for. An actor – agent relationship should be positive, we ensure the connections we have with our talent don’t get forgotten about. We are dedicated to representing talented people in the industry, helping them to elevate their online portfolios and guide them within the industry. We represent: actors, theatre performers, dancers, singers and more! Rebecca and Ollie manage all aspects of the business, meaning every client is personally guided by industry professionals. We work hard to develop each clients career and ensure their success.

Our accreditations
So far, our agency has developed and grown at a rate that we are deeply proud of. Within just a few months of launching, we secured membership with The Entertainment Agents Association (TEAA) as well as becoming a Spotlight registered talent agency. We aim to have membership with PMA as soon as our agency turns two. Freedom Talent Agency has secured relationships with some of the UK's top drama schools including: ArtsEd, RADA, Italia Conti, Mountview and Performers College Birmingham.
These accreditations offer both our talent and students reassurance of our authenticity and professionalism allowing them to fulfil their potential under our guidance and support.
Industry approved qualifications
As part of our quest to help develop the skills of actors, performers and the general public, we also teach industry recognised qualifications and host showreel productions to help elevate portfolios. Our courses and coaching program are planned and delivered by a qualified teacher who is LAMDA accredited. Our showreel productions are a great way to get a fantastic showreel tailored to an actors specification and to showcase their acting ability to agents. We team up with a training provider based at Pinewood Studios who provide the crew who create cinematic showreels for aspiring actors or seasoned actors looking to update their showreel.
