1. Representation
Are your books currently open?
At Freedom Talent Agency, we operate with a holistic approach to talent management. And as such, our books are always open for the right clients. What means most to us is alignment of work ethics and ethos with the agency.Â
How do I apply for representation?
Head to the ‘Freedom Experience’ page on our website for details on how to apply. There is a form to fill out and shortlisted clients will receive an invitation for a call with the founders of Freedom Talent Agency.Â
Do I need to be on Spotlight to be considered for representation?
We do prefer our clients to be on Spotlight as this shows a level of dedication to the industry. However, in some cases we will consider non-Spotlight registered actors. These will be decided on a case-by-case basis.Â
Do I need to be a drama school graduate to be considered for representation?
No, it’s not a prerequisite to be considered for representation. We understand that drama schools can be expensive which makes them not accessible to all.Â
Who do you represent?
We represent professional performers across musical theatre, straight acting, TV, film and commercial work. Our clients range from emerging talent to experienced professionals, and we take a selective, individual approach to every artist we work with.
What kind of opportunities have your clients been seen for?
Our clients have been put forward and auditioned for:
Major West End musicals and plays
Overseas productions
Lead and supporting roles in TV and film
Lead roles in touring theatre productions
Commercials and branded content Â
We focus on submissions that align with each client’s strengths, casting type and long-term career goals.
Do I need to pay for coaching or services to be considered for representation?
No.
There is no obligation to pay for any of our services to be considered for representation. Representation decisions are based on talent, potential, professionalism and readiness for the industry — not paid services.
What makes Freedom Talent Agency different?
We pride ourselves on being human-first and artist-led. We believe in transparency, honest communication and building careers — not just securing jobs. We take time to truly understand our clients and advocate for them with care and integrity.
Do you represent performers outside London?
Yes. While many of our clients are London-based, we also represent performers across the UK, provided they are able to attend auditions and work where required.
Do I need headshots and a showreel to be considered for representation?
Ideally yes. Up-to-date headshots and showreels are an actors shop window. If you currently don’t have one or both, then speak to us. We might be able to advise on where to go to attain them or speak to you about our very own showreel creation days.Â
2. Services
Do you offer showreel creation?
Yes. We offer professionally produced showreel creation designed specifically for our customers. Our showreels are tailored specifically to the participant and focuses on strong storytelling, industry-appropriate material and cinematic quality — not generic scenes.
What types of showreels do you create?
We create:
Acting showreels (screen-focused)
Period drama and contemporary scenes
Bespoke scenes tailored to casting type
Â
Each project is guided by professionals with industry experience.

Are your services only for represented clients?
No. Our services are open to both represented and non-represented performers. Representation is never conditional on purchasing coaching or showreel services.
Are your courses suitable for beginners?
We work with performers at various stages. Some services are designed for beginners, while others are more appropriate for performers with prior training or experience. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to advise.
3. General
